Fibertechgroup produce i suoi preimpregnati attraverso la tecnologia HOT MELT evitando così l’utilizzo di solventi e l’impatto ambientale che questi comportano.

Le resine epossidiche hot melt con cui Fibertechgroup effettua l’impregnazione sono studiate all’interno del suo laboratorio R&D “FiberLab” e processate industrialmente nel suo reparto chimico di miscelazione.
Le materie chimiche di base, provengono dalle migliori multinazionali chimiche di tutto il mondo.

La produzione delle resine avviene in reattori/fusori con capacità che va da 50 Kg a 200 Kg.
Il reparto chimico dispone inoltre di moderni agitatori e raffinatori per miscele eterogenee ad alte viscosità.

Fibertech group Srl was founded early in 2015 by Michele Valentini, who decided to bring together people and their knowledge and experience in this initiative.
We deal with the design, production and marketing of innovative composite materials with a high technical content.
Our strength is being able to manage directly and internally all the processing phases of the products: from choosing and weaving the fibres, formulating solvent-free and solvent-based resins, to the impregnation of the fabrics through hot-melt technology and the characterisation of the final product.
Concentrating the production phases in a single site, has allowed us to best manage time and quality.
Thanks to many years of experience in the processing of technical fibres. We have achieved the ability to weave different types of fibres into fabrics such as Carbon, Glass, Aramid, PBO, Flex, Hemp…
